What you’ll be doing
Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke leadership and management development programmes.
Supporting cohorts of junior, middle and senior managers through a blend of delivery, coaching, and qualification, e.g. both in-person and virtually.
Creating interventions that engage, challenge, and support individual managers, while meeting client organisational goals.
RequirementsWhat you’ll bring
Qualifications
- A qualification in Leadership/Management and/or significant experience in a management role.
- A qualification in psychology – potentially with experience of organisational and/or business psychology
Coaching qualification and experience – such as ICF-accredited coach (ACC / PCC / MCC) or an EMCC / AC accredited coach
Experience
- Proven experience of delivering Leadership & Management learning in corporate, vocational, or tertiary education settings.
- Proven experience in qualification assessment and behavioural assessment
Experience of psychometrics – Emotional Intelligence (EI) practitioner; coach certification would be beneficial, and familiarity with assessment tools including 360s, EQi and personality instruments, with accreditation where required.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
