\nThe Opportunity\nAn outstanding leadership opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic educator to join the school as Director of Sport, commencing in Term 4 2026, or by mutual agreement.
\nThis is a pivotal role within the school, responsible for leading and shaping a comprehensive and high performing sporting programme that promotes both broad participation and excellence. The Director of Sport will provide strategic direction, oversee programme delivery, and lead a team of coaches and staff to ensure the highest standards of organisation, engagement, and performance.
\nThe role carries both strategic and operational responsibility, including the development of pathways that support participation, skill development, and competitive success, while remaining aligned with the values and ethos of Saint Kentigern.
\nThe Director of Sport will also maintain an active teaching role within the Physical Education programme, modelling excellence in classroom practice and contributing to the broader educational experience of our students.

- Develop and implement programmes that promote both participation and high performance \n
- Ensure alignment of the sporting programme with the Saint Kentigern values and educational philosophy \n

- Manage the sports budget effectively and responsibly \n
- Ensure high standards of organisation, communication, and compliance \n
- Maintain strong administrative systems, including the effective use of digital tools \n
