As the Store Manager, you’re the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Retail management experience. \n
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service. \n
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team. \n
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. \n
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. \n
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. \n
Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential… a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
