\nStore Manager Responsibilities\n

As the Store Manager, you’re the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

  • Retail management experience.
  • \n
  • A track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service.
  • \n
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • \n
  • Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
  • \n
  • Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • \n
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
  • \n
\n

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential… a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
