We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Partner Health and Safety. This role can be based in either our Christchurch or Wellington office.As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership, taking the lead and contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement and enhance operational systems and reporting. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring cross-functional methods of delivering change and improvement are fit for purpose across teams.As an experienced Health and Safety professional, you'll make sure risk management is at the forefront of what we do, and as part of your role, you will deliver risk-based approach to site compliance and support work programmes to ensure safe ways of working.Join our team and be part of a dynamic organization committed to continuous improvement, safety excellence.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety partnering role within a large, complex organisation. Strong understanding of New Zealand Health and Safety legislation and risk management principles.
