By leveraging your strong understanding of the 4P framework and ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes you will work with internal stakeholders to develop the ZURU Edge NZ customer strategies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as your proven track record in account management and negotiation will help you to effectively collaborate and align strategies with your customers. Your organisation and time management skills will ensure that you are able to work independently while manage multiple priorities to effectively execute these strategies.

\nRoles & Responsibilities\n- \n
- People Leadership & Sales Force Excellence: Manage and develop the Territory Manager by setting clear, measurable objectives aligned to ZURU Edge's commercial goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback and territory support to build a high‑performing field presence and embed sales force excellence across the market. \n
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and preferences. Collaborate with them to develop strategies that align with our business goals. \n
- Sales Performance: Take ownership of key sales measures and targets, striving to achieve and exceed them. Continuously analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans. \n
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to implement customer category strategies effectively. Ensure the execution of best‑in‑class 4P (product, price, place, and promotion) strategies. \n
- Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure exceptional customer service levels. Proactively address any potential issues and work towards exceeding customer expectations. \n
- Category Management: Partner with the team to implement category plans and trade business plans to ensuring the success of category initiatives. \n
- Promotional Strategy: Implement and execute promotional strategies in collaboration with customers. Effectively manage trade budgets, optimise product range and space allocation to maximise sales opportunities. \n
- Negotiations and Trading Terms: Manage customer negotiations aligned with ZURU’s commercial strategy. Drive favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships with customers. \n
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall improvement in category management. Proactively seek innovative solutions to enhance processes and drive business success. \n

- Strong understanding of the 4P framework and experience in executing category strategies. \n
