Corporate & Finance Solicitor

Our Corporate and Finance team serves local, national and international clients in a range of sectors and provides a diverse range of transactional work.\n

We are seeking an outstanding solicitor with a genuine interest in Corporate and Finance law and a desire to build a successful career in this practice area.

\nAbout the role:\n

You will work within a friendly, collegial and collaborative team managed by three Partners across a range of work for domestic and international clients including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
\n
• Venture capital funds and private equity
\n
• Secured and unsecured finance transactions
\n
• Aviation and asset finance (primarily international)
\n
• Project finance (energy and infrastructure)
\n
• Corporate structuring and restructuring
\n
• Governance and advisory
\n
• Domestic and cross‑border transactions and trade
\n

\nAbout you:\n

\n
• NZ admitted lawyer with 2‑8 years PQE
\n
• Strong client service orientation and a desire to add real value to every client interaction
\n
• Strong work ethic
\n
• Excellent communication, written and technical skills
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work on transactional matters
\n
• Down to earth and collaborative interpersonal style
