We’re seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead RCR Infrastructure and DataGuard.

\n

Reporting to the CEO, this role has full accountability for P&L performance, operations, and growth across both businesses. You’ll drive revenue, improve margins, and align both entities under a single, high‑performing operating model.

\n

This includes leading growth initiatives to scale the business and deliver significant revenue and margin improvement over the next phase of expansion. This is a hands‑on executive leadership position, requiring a strong balance of strategy, commercial acumen, and operational execution.

\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Own financial performance across RCR and DataGuard
\n
• Drive growth including expansion into key markets and services
\n
• Improve operational efficiency, systems, and overall performance
\n
• Align teams and lead a strong, accountable leadership culture
\n
• Champion Health & Safety and sustainability across both businesses
\n
• Provide clear reporting to the CEO and Board, and manage key stakeholder relationships
\n

\nAbout You\n

\n
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in infrastructure, engineering, or services
\n
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including multi‑division P&L ownership
\n
• Proven track record delivering growth and improving performance
\n
• Confident leading large teams and operating at executive level
\n
