We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the successful delivery of projects while ensuring consistent, high‑quality project management standards across the organisation. This role combines strategic oversight, hands‑on project delivery, and people leadership to achieve business objectives and client outcomes.

  • Maintain and enhance global project management standards, processes, and best practices

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across delivery functions

  • Ensure effective resource planning and team collaboration across business functions and regions

  • Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into processes and tools

  • Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams aligned with company strategy and values

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Develop delivery plans, statements of work, and manage scope, risks, and resources

  • Monitor project performance, proactively address variances, and maintain strong financial oversight
  • \n
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless project outcomes

  • Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting

  • Provide timely, high‑quality reports on progress, risks, and financial performance
