As a Business Analyst at Voco, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery - bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives.

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
\n
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment
\n
• Translate needs into clear user stories, process models, and functional specifications
\n
• Partner with delivery teams (Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Architects) to ensure successful execution
\n
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working
\n
• Navigate ambiguity and help organisations move from problem to solution
\n

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or complex environments
\n
• Strong experience working across digital, data, or technology transformation programmes
\n
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
\n
• Highly skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
\n
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery environments
\n
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to simplify complexity
\n
• A pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset
\n
• IIBA certification – this shows us you’re a career Business Analyst with a best-practice perspective

• Experience with MS365, Dynamics, or Power Platform
\n
• Exposure to enterprise integration, cloud, or data platforms
\n
