We are looking for a Software Engineer to play a pivotal part in the future of our growing Software Engineering Centre of Excellence and support the business. Our Digital Development & Innovation team has 35 diverse, unique, and passionate individuals who have a strong identity and an ever‑growing role in Beca’s purpose to ‘make everyday better’. We love to work collaboratively, partner with other parts of our business on products and projects, and enjoy continuous improvement while nurturing creativity.

Qualifications- Experience as a full‑stack developer with cloud‑based software products, web development, systems integration using APIs, distributed systems, software security, and storage systems.
- Enterprise experience across .NET, C#, Azure, Blazor, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure to provide software solutions with high availability requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Software Engineers and stakeholders to drive innovative behaviours.
- Knowledge of AI augmented development practices (Claude Code and GitHub Copilot).
- Great communication skills with the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships across the Digital team.
- Bonus: Agile development background using Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
- Bonus: Microsoft Dataverse, Fabric, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Power Apps.
- Bonus: Experience with other programming languages such as Python.
