Site Manager (Christchurch)

With a strong pipelineof forward work, I am starting to search for Site Managers looking for new options in the next 3 months, possibly sooner.

Working on a large and complex site and reportingto an experienced PM, you will lead a large structuralpackage of workwith main responsibilities including

• Short-term programming and scheduling
\n
• Reviewing of plans andorganisingsubcontractors and trades
\n
• Quality assurance and on-site issue resolution
\n
• Management of RFIs, documentation, and site reporting
\n
• Daily toolbox talks and site health & safety leadership
\n

\n
• Experience with building services / MEP highly desireable
\n
• A solid understanding ofNZ construction standards and practices
\n
• Confident usingProject, Procore, or similar project systems
\n
• Asafety-first mindsetand proactive leadership style
\n
• Clear communication skills when dealing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
\n

• Leading Contractor with strong forward workload for the next 24 months
\n
• Social, tight-knit, experienced project team
\n
