\n#J-18808-LjbffrWe are looking for a General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, manage key client relationships, and drive our next phase of growth. You will set the strategic direction for the team, manage the incentive program, and ensure our sales approach remains fit for purpose in an ever‑changing market. Operating as a key ambassador for The Instillery, you will lead by example to foster strong relationships across the community, partners, and our internal operations, technical, and professional services teams.

- Set strategic direction for the sales team and manage the sales incentive program. \n
- Monitor performance metrics and align sales delivery with operational capabilities. \n
- Lead, coach, and upskill the sales team; conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. \n
- Maintain and enhance high‑value relationships with existing customers; conduct regular call cycles and visits to secure contract renewals. \n
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities; partner with technical teams to lead commercial responses, quotes, and proposals. \n
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales reports with meaningful metrics aligned to company performance. \n

- 10+ years of experience managing sales teams, plus 5+ years in corporate IT solutions sales. \n
- Deep understanding of the modern tech landscape, including Public Cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, and security. \n
- Proven local region experience and an established network of contacts. \n
- Solid commercial negotiation skills with experience in contract construction and bid writing. \n
- A tertiary degree or equivalent, alongside relevant industry qualifications or vendor certifications. \n
