About the RoleAs a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will work with medical imaging equipment taking x‑rays for patients while providing quality patient care. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient‑centred environment. There are opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement. This is a full‑time role working 72 hours per fortnight (0.9FTE). Shifts will be scheduled between 8:00AM –11:00PM Monday to Sunday, with rotating and rostered on‑call between 10:30PM and 8:00AM.
About the Team / Service / LocationOur team of 20 Medical Imaging Technologists provides a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: general radiography, ultrasound, CT and mammography.
Qualifications- NZ registered with the NZMRT Board and hold a current APC as a Medical Imaging Technologist
- Positive and friendly team player with a sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography
- Great communication skills and empathy
- Passion to deliver high‑quality healthcare
- Flexibility to work within a Monday‑Sunday rotating roster
- Eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying
