Medical Oncologist Locums Opportunity in Northern New Zealand

• 10 patients per day with 2-3 new patients

A certified medical oncologist is needed to provide medical oncology, radiation oncology, and clinical haematology services in an outpatient cancer service on the North Island of New Zealand. The position is 12‑month with negotiable hours.

• Provide cancer care and the delivery of systemic therapy.
• Support a team of specialist cancer nurses.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary meetings.
• Advise clinicians on the management of patients with cancer in an inpatient setting.

• Certification as a medical oncologist.
• Willingness to wait for license if required.
• BC and DEA credentials.
• Hospital privileges.
• Experience in outpatient oncology settings.
• Ability to travel regionally.
