We’re the global leader in software and data for the film industry and as we lead the shift to the cloud and embed AI across our platform, we’re looking for a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner to turn numbers into decisions that shape where we go next.
\nThe Role\nIn this role, you’ll join our Finance team and play a key part in turning Vista Group’s performance into decisions that move the business forward. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll be the key link between Finance and the wider business.
\nThis is a broad, hands‑on role in a multi‑entity global environment. You’ll partner with leaders across our operating business units supporting budgeting, forecasting and the long‑range plan, delivering insightful monthly reporting and variance analysis, and providing the commercial insight behind business cases, pricing and margin decisions.
\nA real point of differentiation is the chance to help shape a modern, AI‑enabled finance function using AI‑assisted analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Business Central to sharpen how we model, report and advise.
\nThis role is well suited to someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a partnering mindset, enjoys influencing senior leaders in a fast‑paced global business, and is energised by both rigorous analysis and evolving, forward‑looking areas of finance.
\nKey Responsibilities\n- \n
- Partner closely with operational and senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights, challenge thinking, and support strategic decision‑making. \n
- Support the budgeting/forecasting process and proactively manage risks and opportunities. \n
- Deliver timely month‑end reporting with clear commentary and insights to support business performance. \n
- Leverage our reporting tools to improve reporting and drive efficiencies. \n

- What you’ll bring: CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) \n
- Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role \n
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting capability \n
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions \n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise finance tools \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information \n
- A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast‑paced environment \n
- Confidence using AI‑enabled tools to improve insights and efficiency \n
