About the RoleAs a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will work with medical imaging equipment taking x‑rays for patients whilst providing quality patient care. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient‑centred environment. There are opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement. This is a full‑time role working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00AM - 11:00PM Monday to Sunday, with rotating and rostered on‑call between 10:30PM and 8:00AM. About the Team / Service / LocationOur team of 20 Medical Imaging Technologists provide a comprehensive diagnostic radiology service including: General Radiography, Ultrasound, CT and Mammography. For more information on living and working in Blenheim clickhere.
About youAs a Medical Imaging Technologist you will have or be: NZ registered with the NZMRT Board, and hold a current APC as a Medical Imaging Technologist; a positive and friendly team player with great sense of humor; a sound knowledge of diagnostic radiography; great communication skills and empathy; the passion to deliver high‑quality healthcare; flexibility to work within a Monday‑Sunday rotating roster. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
