The Obstructive SleepApnea (OSA) Marketing team is at the forefront of bringing innovative CPAP mask solutions to market, driving both product success and customer impact. This high-performing team leads end-to-end go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2C channels, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and ongoing sales enablement.

\nThe Role:\n

We are looking for a highly motivatedSeniorProductManager/Senior Product Marketerto join our dynamicOSAmarketingteamfor a 12-month fixed term(parentalleave cover). This role sits at theintersection ofproduct strategy, customer insight, and go-to-market execution.

\n

You will lead the marketing strategy and implementation forthe F&PmyMaskapp, whilecontributing to broader portfolio initiatives. Success in this role will come from your ability to connectproduct,customerand commercial outcomes, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful impact for both clinicians and patients.

\n

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders includingproduct development, marketing, sales, clinical, quality, and legal, influencing both product direction and market success.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback toidentifygrowthopportunities and inform productmarketingstrategy.
  • \n
  • Define and prioritise product marketing requirements usingdata, usagemetricsand market demand.
  • \n
  • Contribute to product direction through insights, customerfeedbackand commercial perspectives.
  • \n
  • Evolve and execute the go-to-market strategy with clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions.
  • \n
  • Drive alignment across sales,marketingand international sales teams to support adoption and commercial success.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designandengineering, to ensure product vision and goals alignment.
  • \n
  • Communicate insights,recommendationsand trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • \n
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends.
  • \n
\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n
    \n
  • A degree in marketing,softwareorrelated field
  • \n
  • 5+ years’product marketingexperience
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • \n
  • Strong experiencebriefing and creating product marketing material
  • \n
  • The abilityto translate technical and clinical concepts clearly
  • \n
  • Outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities
  • \n
  • Adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment
  • \n
  • A passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients
  • \n
  • Experience in aSAAS or servicesmarketing role would be preferablebutnot necessary.
