Job Description
As a key member of our Auckland Corporate team, you will be working with Leading Partner Joshua Pringle across a broad range of transactions in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private capital work.

Recent transactions the firm has advised on include:

- Advising Forest360 and PF Olsen on their merger and simultaneous investment by Adamantem Capital into the merged entity. \n
