Finance Business Partner

Deliver meaningful financial analysis and performance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and enhance commercial outcomes. Provide strategic financial advice, insights, and analysis that support informed decision‑making and business performance. • Account for financial information and ensure the Finance Unit meets its outputs.
• Provide finance business partnering support to directorates and business units.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax legislation.

• Tertiary qualification in accounting.
• Working towards or holds a Chartered Accountant membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA status or equivalent).
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly spreadsheets and accounting applications.
• Experience with TechnologyOne is an advantage.
• Experience with GST, FBT, and NRWT tax legislation and compliance is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
