Provide strategic financial advice, insights, and analysis that support informed decision‑making and business performance. Responsibilities- Account for financial information and ensure the Finance Unit meets its outputs.
- Provide finance business partnering support to directorates and business units.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax legislation.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting.
- Working towards or holds a Chartered Accountant membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA status or equivalent).
- Knowledge of accounting standards.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly spreadsheets and accounting applications.
- Experience with TechnologyOne is an advantage.
- Experience with GST, FBT, and NRWT tax legislation and compliance is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
