Our Auckland team is growing and we have a new opportunity for an experienced People & Culture consultant to join us as an Associate Director.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior consulting and leadership role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead complex and high-impact engagements, coach and grow others, and play a key role in shaping the future of Humankind.

You’ll work alongside ambitious organisations across New Zealand, helping them navigate growth, change, complexity, and the evolving world of work. No two days are the same, and neither are our clients.

You’ll play an important role in growing Humankind by:

• Deepening relationships with existing clients.

You are someone who combines strategic thinking with practical execution.

You bring significant experience in P&C, employee experience, employment relations and organisational development, and have a track record of successfully leading complex people initiatives.

You’ll have:

• Previous experience in senior people leadership, P&C or ER roles.
\n
• Experience leading large, complex organisational or people projects.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence growing client relationships.
\n
• The ability to quickly build trust and credibility with senior leaders.\n
• A passion for modern people practices, employee experience, and the future of work.
\n
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or highly client-focused environments.
\n
