\nAbout the role\n

We are looking for a warm, organised and people‑focused Resident Experience Manager to help create an extraordinary living experience for our residents at Whangarei Park Village in Whangarei.

\n

This is a 24‑hour role – 9.30 am to 4 pm, Tuesday to Friday. You will be expected to have some flexibility to cover a few weekend events.

\n

In this role, you’ll shape the village vibe, lead engaging events and communications, and support residents through every stage of their journey. You will:

• Lead resident engagement, events and community experiences
\n
• Support new residents with a seamless and welcoming transition
\n
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and community partners
\n
• Bring energy, compassion and strong communication skills to a meaningful role
\n

\nAbout you\n

You’ll ideally bring experience in customer experience, events, hospitality, community engagement or a similar people‑facing role. If you love creating welcoming environments and making every day better for others, we’d love to hear from you.
