Westland Milk Products, part of the Yili Oceania Business Division (YOBD), is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics Management & Warehousing to lead our national downstream supply chain operations.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of logistics and warehousing at scale—setting strategy, leading large operational teams, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑performing end‑to‑end execution in a global export environment.

\nWhat you’ll do\n
    \n
  • Lead the national logistics & warehousing strategy aligned to business growth
  • \n
  • Own end‑to‑end downstream supply chain execution (inbound, outbound & internal flows)
  • \n
  • Be the master and control tower of downstream order to ship (ship out) with over 10,000 TEUs per annum
  • \n
  • Drive health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  • \n
  • Manage P&L, budgets, carriers, 3PLs, ports and shipping partners
  • \n
  • Lead and develop a large, multi‑site team (~80+ indirect reports)
  • \n
  • Own the downstream supply chain OPEX
  • \n

  • Senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
  • \n
  • Background in food, dairy, manufacturing or regulated environments
  • \n
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership
  • \n
  • Confident leader who balances strategy with hands‑on execution
  • \n
  • Calm, decisive, and effective in complex operational environments
