\nWe are seeking a Senior Certified SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant with strong hands‑on implementation experience delivering Time Tracking solutions across multiple legal entities in complex enterprise environments.
\nThe role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Time Tracking, strong experience configuring complex enterprise and industrial agreements, and proven capability integrating Time Tracking with Time & Attendance systems and EC Payroll.
\nThis is a delivery‑focused role, responsible for end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, testing, and integration support.
\nThis role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

SuccessFactors Time Tracking Implementation (Hands‑On)\n
- \n
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations across multiple entities and business units. \n
- Perform hands‑on configuration of: \n
- Time Profiles and Time Recording Profiles \n
- Work Schedules, Break Rules, and Eligibility Rules \n
- Time Valuation rules for ordinary time, overtime, penalties, allowances, and premiums \n
- Design scalable Time Tracking solutions that support large, diverse, and decentralised workforces. \n

Configure and support complex enterprise agreements, awards, and union rules, including:\n
- \n
- Overtime, penalties, and shift differentials \n
- Cross‑midnight shifts and variable work patterns \n
- Multiple employment and concurrent employment scenarios \n
- Ensure accurate time interpretation and downstream payroll outcomes. \n
\n - Design and support integration between SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time & Attendance systems (onTask, Deputy, or other third‑party T&A platforms). \n
- Ensure approved time data flows accurately to EC payroll systems. \n
- Support integration and testing, reconciliation, error handling, and monitoring. \n
- Lead and support Time Tracking testing including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and end‑to‑end payroll validation. \n
- Support cutover planning and execution, including parallel runs and reconciliation. \n
- Provide hands‑on support during go‑live and hyper‑care to stabilise time processing and payroll outcomes. \n

Stakeholder & Delivery Support\n
- \n
- Work closely with Workforce Management, Payroll, HR, IT, and integration teams. \n
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants while remaining hands‑on. \n
- Support optimisation, remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives post‑implementation. \n
\n - 8–10+ years of experience delivering Time & Attendance or Time Management solutions. \n
- Demonstrated experience configuring complex enterprise or industrial agreements. \n
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP). \n
- SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking certification (mandatory). \n
- Deep hands‑on expertise in SuccessFactors Time Tracking configuration. \n
- Strong understanding of time valuation, interpretation, and payroll integration. \n
- Experience integrating Time Tracking with third‑party T&A systems. \n
- Solid understanding of downstream payroll impacts. \n

- Experience in retail, logistics, manufacturing, utilities, or other award‑heavy industries. \n
