As our Lead Engineer within the Customer Relationship Ecosystem, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the platforms and experiences that underpin those connections, with a strong focus on Salesforce and its extended ecosystem.
\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Senior, hands‑on technical leadership role contributing to end‑to‑end design across Salesforce platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and Experience Cloud. Work across a hybrid environment, integrating Salesforce with .NET services, APIs and core banking platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and high‑performing solutions that meet the needs of our customers and our business. \n
- Key voice in engineering excellence, setting standards, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers across squads. Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads to shape outcomes while ensuring delivery is robust, well‑governed and aligned to enterprise standards. \n

- Solid experience leading Salesforce engineering solutions across FSC, Service Cloud or similar platforms \n
- Deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Salesforce configuration \n
- Proven ability to design and deliver integration patterns across APIs, middleware, and external platforms (e.g., .NET or core banking systems) \n
- Experience defining engineering standards, best practices and driving quality through code reviews and design oversight \n
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, source control and deployment strategies \n
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing \n
- Confidence managing technical risks, resolving complex issues and contributing to architectural decisions \n

- Experience working across hybrid environments combining Salesforce with Azure or other cloud platforms \n
- Exposure to API‑led and event‑driven architecture patterns \n
- Experience supporting large‑scale platform transformations or legacy‑modern coexistence strategies \n
- Familiarity working within regulated environments (financial services or similar) \n
