Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Lawyer with 2 to 3 years' post qualification experience to join a well-established and highly regarded Hamilton firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on a broad range of quality property matters while continuing to develop your technical skills and build strong client relationships. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values mentoring, professional development and delivering exceptional service to its clients.

You'll advise a diverse client base across a variety of property matters, including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
\n
• Property acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Subdivisions and developments
\n
• Leasing transactions
\n
• Refinancing and lending
\n
• General property advisory work
\n

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own files, work directly with clients, and receive ongoing support from experienced lawyers who are invested in your long term success.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• 2 to 3 years' post qualification experience in property law

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
