As Head of Department, Science, you'll lead a team of teachers delivering A‑level Sciences to students around the world. You'll set the academic standard, develop your team, oversee curriculum and assessment, and make sure every student gets a consistently excellent experience — whether they're learning in group classes, small groups, or one‑to‑one. You'll report to the Principal and teach 12 of 22 periods, with 10 release periods for leadership work.

• Lead the Science department: meetings, learning walks, lesson observations, and professional development

• Coach and support teachers across all learning modes, including new Da Vinci (1:1) teachers

• Own curriculum quality and alignment with A‑level specifications

• Oversee internal and external examinations, moderation, and post‑exam analysis
