Job Summary

Location: Auckland, New Zealand. Division: Marketing. Line Manager: Marketing Manager. Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of a range of marketing initiatives and report to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in developing strategic marketing plans and curate content across key digital touchpoints.
  • Provide clients with regular campaign updates, performance recommendations and execute campaigns across Ticketmaster, Moshtix and Universe owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing Services team to implement marketing plans across digital channels.
  • Plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns: performance reporting, content creation and strategic recommendations.
  • Create and deploy EDMs, landing pages, and marketing assets; maintain a digital asset management system.
  • Prepare performance‑marketing briefs, manage end‑to‑end processes and ensure accurate campaign execution and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and contribute to best‑in‑class marketing strategies including targeting, timing and platform usage.
  • Maintain and update campaign content across the Ticketmaster and Moshtix digital ecosystem.
  • Schedule website updates and coordinate with Client Managers to align asset delivery with marketing timelines.
  • Manage organic and paid social media content to enhance audience engagement and ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Managers, Event Teams) to align on marketing schedules and ensure seamless execution.
  • Support client meetings and sometimes present marketing strategies and campaign insights.
  • Provide general marketing support to the NZ team and contribute to international initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a Business‑related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent listening and time‑management skills to meet marketing deadlines.
  • High level PC literacy, experience across social platforms and proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Exposure to HTML, database marketing, Salesforce, Braze, or Acoustic is advantageous.
  • Advanced digital literacy and strong understanding of digital advertising and data analysis.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement effective strategies.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for entertainment, the music industry and a can‑do attitude.
