\nYou’ll be responsible for driving branch performance, mentoring and developing sales consultants, managing stock and operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants \n
- Drive vehicle sales performance and branch profitability \n
- Manage stock levels and vehicle presentation standards \n
- Monitor branch KPIs and achieve monthly sales targets \n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and customer retention \n
- Maximise finance, insurance, and value-added product opportunities \n
- Ensure efficient branch operations and cost control \n

- Proven experience in the used vehicle sales industry \n
- Strong sales track record with a passion for achieving results \n
- Ready to step into or further develop your leadership career \n
- Commercially minded with strong organisational skills \n
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities \n
- Current driver’s licence (minimum restricted) \n
- Bachelor’s or associate degree \n
- Associate Degree/Diploma \n
Minimum 2 years of experience in used vehicle sales industry.
