Product Owner | EdTech | SaaS Platform

Pearson Carter are currently working with a multi-award-winning EdTech company building an AI-powered SaaS platform that is transforming how students learn to write across NZ, Australia, and the UK.

They are hiring a Product Owner to translate educational vision into scalable, classroom-ready software, bridging pedagogy and technology to improve writing outcomes at scale.

• Own and prioritise product backlog across the full lifecycle

• Translate education pedagogy into clear product features
\n
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, reviews)
\n
• Act as key liaison between dev, design, and education teams
\n
• Gather and prioritise feedback from teachers and users
\n
• Ensure delivery meets security, privacy, and quality standards
\n

• 5 years Product Owner / Product Management experience
\n
• Experience in SaaS / digital product environments
\n
• EdTech or education sector experience preferred
\n
• Strong Agile delivery experience
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to translate user needs into product outcomes
\n
