At the heart of it, our work is about lifting the living standards for all New Zealanders. We are looking for social and savvy individuals who are keen to work on long-term, end-to-end projects, not least of which is the annual Budget, the biggest financial event of the year!Ultimately, this is a role where your advice focuses on how one third of government expenditure can get bang for buck. Experience with the social sector, public finance policy, and/or Budget processes would be an advantage but is not essential.
If you have been successful in working with others and using analytical skills to find constructive ways through complex policy and financial problems, and you understand how to build positive relationships with external stakeholders, then we would like to hear from you. If politics, finance, economics, and current events make you tick, this is the job for you.For Analyst applications you must have a minimum of 18 months’ career experience.
