Principal Consultant - SAP FICO S/4 HANA\n
\n#J-18808-LjbffrWe are seeking a Principal SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead complex finance transformations across SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments. This role is responsible for solution architecture, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale transformation programs.
\nDuties and Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions (FI/CO). \n
- Define finance architecture across Public and Private Cloud deployments. \n
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure alignment with SAP best practices. \n
- Act as FICO stream lead across large SAP transformation programs. \n
- Drive solution quality, timelines, and risk mitigation. \n
- Support SIT, UAT, and cutover planning. \n
- Advise on ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies. \n
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders as a trusted advisor. \n
- Lead and mentor FICO consultants and support pre-sales activities. \n

- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, CO-PA). \n
- Strong integration knowledge across MM, SD, and other SAP modules. \n
- Proven delivery experience in both Public and Private Cloud environments. \n
- Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core principles. \n
- Multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield and/or brownfield). \n
- Senior leadership experience at Principal or Architect level. \n
- Consulting experience in SAP environments. \n
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred. \n
- CA/CPA or equivalent finance qualification is highly desirable. \n
