Commercial Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE to join their team.

Working with a diverse client base, you'll advise on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
\n
• Sale and purchase transactions
\n
• Partnership and shareholder agreements
\n
• Capital raising and investment matters
\n
• General commercial and corporate advisory work
\n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
