SIRIS APPS is looking for a highly driven and versatile Technical Leader who can take ownership of product development across web, mobile, and AI-based applications, while also contributing to product growth, marketing, and external representation of the company. This startup leadership role requires strong execution ability, a growth mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a communicator—someone who can ship products and also represent the brand in public forums.

• Lead development of web and mobile applications from concept to deployment
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems
• Integrate AI/ML features into applications where applicable
• Oversee code quality, system design, and technical best practices
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to build user-centric products
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product value
• Contribute to product growth strategies and marketing initiatives
• Represent the company at tech events, meetups, and investor/partner meetings

• Strong experience in web and mobile application development
• Solid understanding of system architecture and scalable backend systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or machine learning integration
• Experience in product development in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and product growth strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Startup mentality: ownership, speed, and adaptability
• Willingness to travel and represent the company externally
