As a Line Pilot on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you will operate in a professional, checklist-driven environment, delivering safe and efficient services across multi-sector operations. This role suits adaptable aviators who enjoy hands‑on flying, clear communication, and working closely with dispatch, maintenance, and operations teams.
\nWhat You'll Do\n- \n
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance. \n
- Execute line operations with disciplined SOP adherence and sound decision‑making. \n
- Operate by day and night, including instrument procedures as required. \n
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and operational reports. \n
- Collaborate with ground teams to ensure punctual, safe, and customer‑focused services. \n

- Total time: 1200 hours \n
- Instrument time: 75 hours \n
- Night time: 50 hours \n
- Type rating: Not required – full aircraft training provided \n
- License: CPL, IR (NZCAA) \n
- Medical: Class 1 \n
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 \n
- Strong airmanship, situational awareness, and CRM skills. \n
- Professionalism, reliability, and a safety‑first mindset. \n
Good to know: Applicants up to 15 hours short of the Instrument and/or Night minimums may be considered, as these can normally be gained during line training.
