Consulting - Finance and Operations Transformation - Senior Analyst

This role sits within our Finance and Operations Transformation team and covers a wide variety of engagement types including operational excellence, performance improvement and finance transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with both private and public sector clients across industries as diverse as agriculture to banking. • Support and deliver engagements and support the conversion of new business opportunities through relationship development and competitive tender situations.
• Engage with staff at all levels including Executive Teams and Boards, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
• Work in a highly agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.
• Communicate findings effectively, storytelling and conveying key messages.
• Assist with change and project management activities.

• 3+ years of financial work experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong financial literacy, with attainment of or working towards a professional qualification such as CA or CFA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, and experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with relationship management and business development.
