Experience with proactive diary management for Senior Managers and effective decision making Experience in interacting with Minister's Offices, senior officials and other agencies Proven experience of working in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity and interpersonal interaction Experience in working in a flexible environment where you are required to respond to changing needs and priorities Proficiency in working with financial systems and collating financial information Experience working with information management systems with a good understanding of information management legislation, standards, and practices in the New Zealand public sector Confidence with Microsoft Office and an understanding or interest in using AI as a productivity tool Experience mentoring or leading others within business support teams, contributing to capability uplift and individual growthFor you | MōuAt the Department of Internal Affairs, we are committed to offering a collaborative and innovative culture where your perspective and ideas will be welcomed.
