  • Warehouse Manager - Full-time leadership role overseeing daily warehouse operations

\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n
    \n
  • Oversee all inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse activities
  • \n
  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily picking and dispatch workloads
  • \n
  • Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • \n
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to perform at their best
  • \n
  • Manage rostering and workload allocation to meet demand
  • \n
  • Take ownership of stock accuracy, including receipting, put-away, and cycle counts
  • \n
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
  • \n
  • Ensure effective use of ERP system (HarmoniQ)
  • \n
  • Maintain strong Health & Safety standards and reinforce safe work practices
  • \n
\nWhat You Need\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or senior warehousing role
  • \n
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • \n
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • \n
  • Experience with warehouse systems/ERP (HarmoniQ highly regarded)
  • \n
  • Solid understanding of inventory control and stock management processes
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • \n
  • Commitment to Health & Safety and compliance standards
  • \n
  • Confident communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed
  • \n
