Job Description

In this role as a Business Consultant, you will be the strategic business partner for our Professional Products Division's L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase salon network. Based in Auckland you will report to the Regional Manager, drive business growth, and empower our partners to succeed.

\nResponsibilities\n

  • Drive Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and growing an established client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships, add value to partners’ businesses, assist their growth through professional marketing support and present new promotional activities.
  • \n
  • Manage Your Territory: Work autonomously to cover Auckland - North Shore & East Auckland & Whangarei and use our CRM system for effective administration and reporting.
  • \n
\nQualifications\n
    \n
  • Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry. A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable.
  • \n
  • Negotiation: Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at a high level.
  • \n
  • Relationship Building: Excel at creating and maintaining strong, value‑adding partnerships with clients.
  • \n
  • Results‑Driven: Focused on achieving targets and delivering strong performance.
  • \n
  • Autonomy: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative to meet new people and open new accounts.
