Finance Systems Product Lead

With a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, you’re comfortable working across systems, data, and stakeholders to deliver practical, well-designed solutions.You’ll bring: Experience working with enterprise (Tier 1) finance systems, with an understanding of system architecture, integrations and APIs The ability to translate business needs into functional solutions, contributing to end-to-end design and continuous improvement initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence facilitating workshops and collaborating across Finance, Technology and wider business teams A continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, controls and system performance Good attention to detail, with a focus on governance, documentation and ensuring solutions meet audit and compliance requirements A proactive approach to staying current with emerging technologies and industry practices, with an interest in innovation across automation, analytics or AIYou’re someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values clear communication, and takes pride in delivering outcomes that make a real impact. You’re equally comfortable getting into the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture.A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Technology or a related field is preferred, along with experience working in complex or enterprise environments.
