Ariat is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the team and assist in running our store, at the Manawa Bay Premium Outlet shopping center. While this product is so good it practically sells itself, you will love selling our high-quality equestrian apparel, accessories, and footwear. We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers receive a great service experience and the correct fit, every time.

\nAbout the role\nAn exciting opportunity to join the Ariat team in the role of Assistant Store Manager to motivate, develop & oversee a customer-focused team.
\nThe Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager, and assists with:

- Providing a high level of customer service. \n
- Providing customers with information and support in choosing the product best suited to their needs. \n
- Open and close store, and end of day processing. \n
- Receive new stock into store and prepare for display and sale. \n
- Creating a safe and secure working environment. \n
- Provide effective leadership to all team members. \n
- Achieving Store Sales Targets. \n
- Assisting to manage both Store & Team Member KPIs. \n

- Ongoing training to ensure your success. \n
- A friendly, professional working environment. \n

- You will have a strong focus on customer experience. \n

- Previous retail experience in fashion and/or footwear will be viewed favourably but not essential. \n
- Equestrian experience highly regarded, but not essential. \n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods. \n
