\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Identify high‑value AI and data use cases linked to productivity, service improvement, risk reduction, workforce effectiveness, customer or citizen outcomes and cost improvement. \n
- Lead or support technology transformation and enterprise change initiatives; translate business needs into technology‑enabled solutions and roadmaps; support system implementation, integration and transformation delivery; work across architecture, governance, delivery and business alignment. \n
- Help embed AI into technology ecosystems and operating environments; guide clients from AI ideas and experimentation through to implementation, adoption and measurable value; engage with senior stakeholders and explain complex AI, data and technology concepts in clear business language; support responsible AI adoption, including governance, risk, ethics, privacy, controls and safe scaling. \n
- Contribute to a high‑performing Wellington practice by building capability, culture, quality and confidence in AI‑enabled delivery. \n

- Senior Consultant with AI literacy and curiosity, confident in using AI tools responsibly and applying them to improve work, services and outcomes. Strong consulting foundations including structured problem solving, communication, stakeholder engagement and evidence‑based recommendations. \n
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, architecture or system delivery; working across business‑technology alignment. \n
- Ability to translate AI, data and technology opportunities into practical business, people, process, governance and operating model implications; understanding of responsible AI considerations including privacy, ethics, risk, trust, adoption and safe scaling. \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the capacity to influence project teams towards successful delivery. \n
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into tangible AI use cases. \n
- A pragmatic, action‑oriented approach to delivery. \n
- \n
- Commercially minded, AI literate or eager to build AI capability. \n
- Ability to translate ideas into action, engage stakeholders effectively and balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. \n
- Comfortable working across business, technology and people dimensions to create measurable value. \n
