Working across a broad and complex environment, you will: Drive integrated programme delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery momentum and long-term benefits realisation. Build trusted, credible relationships across the Ministry, judiciary, sector agencies, suppliers and internal teams to navigate complexity and drive outcomes. Create the conditions for high performance through strong programme disciplines, transparent reporting, sound risk management and a focus on continuous improvement. Providing authoritative advice to senior leaders, governance bodies, and ministers on delivery performance, risks, and options to optimise outcomes. Represent the Deputy Secretary in key governance forums, contributing to critical decisions that shape programme direction, performance and delivery outcomes.
