Head of Logistics- full time (43 hours per week)

Are you a logistics leader with a passion for retail andcustomer satisfaction?

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Logisticsto lead a team of nine across our Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre, andDelivery functions.

This role is responsible for driving best‑practice processesto ensure all stock moving in and out of these areas is handled safely,securely, and with a high degree of accuracy. You will play a key role inensuring efficiency, operational excellence, and a seamless experience for bothour team and customers.

What you’ll do:

• Leadand inspire the logistics team, focusing on accuracy, speed, and excellentcustomer service
\n
• Drivecontinuous improvement in processes, systems, and team capability
\n
• Ensureall stock movements are managed safely, securely, and accurately
\n
• Managehealth and safety standards, ensuring compliance across all areas
\n
• Collaboratewith the store leadership team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction andsupport the overall business performance
\n

What you’ll bring:

• Provenleadership experience in logistics, warehousing, retail operations or transportationindustry.
\n
• Strongcomputer literacy and communication skills, with confidence working acrossmultiple systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving anddecision‑making.
\n
• Acommitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
\n
• Strongunderstanding of inventory control and operational processes
\n
• Ahands‑on approach with the ability to lead from the front
\n

This is a full‑time role working on a Monday to Fridayroster pattern, with early morning starts. (On occasion weekend work may be required to support the Logistics Team)
