We have an exciting and significant pipeline of work signed up, both short term and over next few years, for local, regional, and national clients. This work includes water/wastewater treatment plants, water supply and storage, pump stations, gravity and pressure conveyance pipelines, condition inspections, industrial plant upgrades, and 3W site serving for land development.

\nRequirements and Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Be a people person, with exceptional communication skills and the technical understanding in your discipline.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in leading diverse teams and managing resources.
  • \n
  • Understand and be able to operate software requirements of AutoCAD and Revit.
  • \n
  • Experience dealing with a range of clients and stakeholders including local authorities, government bodies and commercial companies.
  • \n
  • Solid background with construction management and construction administration (CMCA) services in accordance with NZ3910.
  • \n
  • Own self‑management skills will be as important as your technical and project management ones. Be able to prioritise workloads whilst maintaining strong and trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues both locally and across the broader Stantec team.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to work successfully with remote teams to deliver projects to local clients.
  • \n
  • Key requirements are a BE Mechanical or equivalent, plus a minimum of 10 years professional experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
  • \n
  • Looking to achieve CPEng or equivalent.
  • \n
