- Take responsibility for the creation and review of test plans, test strategies and test scope for projects assigned, be adaptive to the changing business needs. \n
- Take responsibility for the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of fit‑for‑purpose test artefacts. \n
- Ensure the defined business outcomes are achieved for the projects through timely test delivery by being customer centric. \n
- Identify and prioritise risks which may threaten quality, test delivery or desired outcomes. \n
- Estimate test effort, coordinate, and manage test resources. \n
- Define and contribute to the automation approach and tooling requirements to ensure applications are tested early and often. \n
- Ensure overall test coverage is achieved as planned. \n
- Join a high‑performing team, as a specialist, to manage test delivery and testing services. Guide the team through design, approach, planning and execution; mentor and review test artefacts; solve problems. \n
10+ years of experience in software testing.
\nQualifications and Skills\n- \n
- In depth knowledge and over 10 years of experience in software testing. \n
- Ability to design test strategy and define overall test scope for enterprise‑level projects with appropriate documentation. \n
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can connect various aspects of the organization and prepare a cohesive approach across all elements of a technology‑enabled business. \n
- Ability to identify and use modern testing techniques that are fit for purpose, accelerating test delivery without compromising quality. \n
- Demonstrated experience working in an integrated SaaS products environment. \n
- Understanding and ability to create visual test models with useful, accurate, timely information. \n
- Ability to set quality standards and manage quality controls to validate test deliverables from vendors. \n
- Understanding of government operating and decision‑making procedures. \n
- Ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships, developing trust, credibility, buy‑in and collaboration with team members, managers, staff, vendors and other stakeholders. \n
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, especially business writing and reporting, clear and concise. \n
- Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to track and support test delivery for multiple projects. \n
- Degree and/or equivalent knowledge. \n
- Certification in modern testing practices. \n
