This opportunity goes beyond delivery into true transformation leadership—working alongside senior client stakeholders to shape direction, influence outcomes, and lead large‑scale programmes from design through to implementation.

You will not only lead delivery, but help define how we approach transformation as a practice; bringing together strategy, delivery, and change to create meaningful, lasting impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership and Governance: Lead and shape major transformation programmes, setting direction, establishing governance, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic outcomes and long‑term value.
  • Programme Leadership and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight on programme design, health, and performance. Step into complex or challenged environments to stabilise, reset, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Organisational and Technology Change: Shape and lead change strategies that enable adoption at scale, ensuring transformation is embedded and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Practice Growth and Development: Play a key role in building the TDD practice; developing people, refining our methodologies, and contributing to how we go to market and win work.
  • Client and Market Impact: Build strong, trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the development of new and existing engagements.
  • Team Care and Improvement: Show adaptability and care by adopting a continuous improvement mindset to shape how we care for our team and evolve our ways of working.
Qualifications and experience
  • Strong track record (typically 10+ years) leading complex transformation programmes, with clear evidence of delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Pragmatic approach to delivery, with deep understanding of methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in real‑world environments.
  • In‑depth knowledge and practical application of Portfolio, Programme & Project Management (3PM), PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK, Agile (SAFe, ICAgile, Scrum).
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including executives, and shape programme direction in complex environments.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services, with exposure to a range of clients, industries, and transformation challenges.
  • Leadership mindset, with a passion for developing people, building strong teams, and contributing to a high‑performing and collaborative culture.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience identifying opportunities, contributing to growth, and supporting or leading business development activities.
Benefits
  • Discretionary bonus opportunities and generous referral bonuses.
  • Global network access, leadership development, AI tools and training, formal learning pathways.
  • $250 annual wellbeing allowance; life & income protection; access to Headspace and other wellbeing services.
  • 15 days paid sick leave; group‑rate health insurance (eligibility applies).
  • Flexible working and supportive coaching culture.
  • Two paid recognition days off each year during the annual summer shutdown period; option to purchase up to two extra weeks of annual leave.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents with flexible options and financial planning support; paid volunteering leave.
