Senior Process Engineer

• Deliver innovative process engineering solutions across energy, resources, manufacturing, dairy, and food and beverage projects
• Lead small to medium‑sized sustaining capital projects, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and business objectives
• Support projects across the full lifecycle, including cost estimation, design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and handover
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to work‑winning through proposals, technical solutions, and business development activity
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment
• Support our growing decarbonisation portfolio and help strengthen partnerships with new and existing manufacturing clients

• Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally in Process or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in dairy, food and beverage, clean‑industry sectors, or general manufacturing
• Around 6+ years’ post‑graduate experience in a similar process engineering role
• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes across multidisciplinary projects
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh thinking to project delivery
• Experience supporting work‑winning, client engagement, or proposal development
• Chartered status, or working towards chartership, would be advantageous
