COMPENSATION

$110,000 – $120,000 per year + annual bonus

\nABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join the Custom Fleet team based in Auckland. In this key role you will build and strengthen OEM and aftermarket supplier relationships across New Zealand, driving commercial outcomes that support the broader Sales and Operations strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

\nRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing activities (RFx, negotiation and some onboarding) to achieve sourcing and rebate targets.
  • Build and manage OEM, dealer and aftermarket supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing and demand planning.
  • Track and report on procurement performance and realised benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and supplier diversity outcomes.
  • Monitor supplier risk, market conditions and implement mitigation strategies.
\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience leading sourcing and commercial negotiations.
  • 5‑7 years’ experience in sourcing and category management.
  • Experience within fleet, automotive or related industries is desirable but not essential.
