Financial Planning & Performance Manager (Fixed Term)

OJI Fibre Solutions is a long-established manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries across New Zealand and around the world. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers in the primary produce, food, industrial and grocery sectors. Working within a dynamic manufacturing environment, this pivotal role reports to the CFO Packaging.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Management of the financial planning cycle, including the annual strategic plan, budget and the monthly forecast processes.
\n
• Identifying and executing profit and cash flow improvement initiatives across the business.
\n
• Driving process optimisation throughout the finance function.
\n
• Actively contributing to a culture of safety first through attending all training, reading and acting on all EHSR communications.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Relevant professional qualifications; Chartered Accountant with CAANZ or international equivalent.
\n
• Minimum 5 years with relevant experience outside of accounting practice, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
\n
• Able to demonstrate in-depth financial and commercial knowledge.
\n
• Goal orientated with strong time management skills.
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
\n
• Computer literate with SAP & SAP BPC experience advantageous.
\n
• Project and change management experience.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of compliance requirements.
\n
