Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom machine learning models and analytics applications for commercial product deployment. Accelerate data pipelines using advanced GenAI workflows within a modern cloud infrastructure.

About the Role

This position balances highly technical machine learning development with strategic client delivery. The successful candidate will design, implement, and test custom algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom data models, algorithms, and analytics applications for commercial product deployment.
  • Engage stakeholders: partner with internal delivery teams and external clients to understand complex problems and engineer fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
  • Optimize pipelines: utilize GenAI workflows (Claude) to accelerate pipeline development and architecture scaling.
  • Monitor performance: establish structured tools and processes to track model accuracy and data integrity.
  • Tell data stories: present complex analysis and modeling outputs to diverse audiences in a clear, accessible manner.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Advanced Python and SQL capability alongside statistical modeling expertise (regressions, clustering).
  • Practical experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Claude workflows to accelerate data pipeline development.
  • Practical knowledge of GIS technology (ArcGIS, PostGIS, or Postgres) is highly beneficial.
  • Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong grasp of version control, package management, and cross‑functional team collaboration.
